Team—
I know you all just completed your town hall - I hope you’re as enthusiastic as I am with the good news. Last time I sent you all a note, I stated the following: “I believe in this group. You all are some of the most motivated and creative creators we have had the opportunity to work with - and we’re excited for that partnership to endure.”
Given your hard work and flexibility, especially over the last year, you repeatedly show that.
The community feedback from last autumn’s Project ETHOS demo was enlightening. It validated the potential of a action-packed game but told us we still had work to do. It highlighted the need for a more distinct brand.
It has been motivating to see how far you’ve come. You embraced the input to heart and revamped Project ETHOS with a renewed direction - one that’s positioned to deliver on its ambition to our audience.
Our confidence in this project grows every day. To further the outstanding progress you’ve made, It is a pleasure to welcome Ben Brinkman as the new Lead of 31st Union. Following several months of conversations, he starts with us on Monday, October 20.
Ben’s leadership and expertise in the PVP shooter field is vast, having devoted the past decade and a half developing and managing some of the most well-known titles in gaming, including the acclaimed shooter, and more recently, Apex Legends.
I invite you all in receiving Ben next week. We are all eager to persist seeing the evolution of the game in the time to ahead.
